Impacting Families & Community Through Family Grounds Cafe

Today, I was struck by an epiphany: Family Grounds Cafe is more than coffee and play space, it is about positively impacting the lives of families and community.

Cappuccino in hand, I looked at the play space through our glass partition. 15 feet in front stood the train table.  35 feet stood the play houses.  20 feet to the right stood the school house and stage. The cafe tables alive with reciprocated indulgence. Within 1,500 square feet stood happiness, joy, laughter, communion, community, friendship, bonding, engagement, solitude and peace. Quite evident were beaming, cheek-to-cheek smiles from mom-child interactions and conversations rekindled between friends. It felt comforting knowing - right here in our cafe - positive differences were being realized and actualized as a result of a business my wife and I established.

Family Grounds Cafe holds more than a bottom line, it holds a brand promise: To be a community center of warmth, love, friendship and positive energy. This portrayal of cafe ambiance cannot be copied; it stands unique to the vision and foundation of Family Grounds Cafe.  It is certainly felt.  You feel it walking in, and you leave with it - colorfully stained and positively impressed.  Please pass it along.
